Tasted great. Works well!
Excellent product. I cut the gummy in half because 5 mcg is a bit too much for me. A half of a gummy is just right for me to wake up after 8 hours sleep and feel alert. I’d probably sleep past noon if I had the whole gummy. My sensitivity might be due to my size. Folks probably metabolize differently.If it helps to know…I’m 129 lb. on the petite side.

My favorite melatonin - from a night owl
This is my absolute favorite melatonin for so many reasons. The flavor is so good that I honestly wish this existed as regular gummies/candy without melatonin in it. The texture is soft and easy to chew. (I have had some experience with other brands that are hard or seem old but not these.) No matter how much I try to fight it, I am a night owl but this melatonin helps me fall asleep (25 minutes on average nights). When I wake up, I don’t feel groggy or have any kind of negative effects. Every once in a while, I’ll try a different brand but I keep coming back for more of these!

Good, but a little groggy in mornings
These taste great and help me to fall asleep pretty easily, however I do get this hungover-like feeling from them as I feel so groggy in the mornings after taking these. I have used other brands that didn’t make me feel so out of it in the morning, but they also didn’t work as good at helping me stay asleep. (By the way, I only take 1 not even the 2 it says to take)

Helps fall asleep quickly
I bought these for 8 year old because he had a hard time falling asleep. This helps and fall asleep within fifteen minutes.

Take at your own risk!
My son has been waking up two or three times a night consistently for a few weeks, so I decided to get these. The first night they seemed to put him to sleep within an hour, and he only woke up once but slept most of the night. Second and third night were the same. By the fourth night he woke up with a nose bleed. I told him to stop taking it, but he was convinced they were helping him sleep better so he took it for two more nights. The nose bleeds continued. I immediately stopped him from taking him after having 3 nose bleeds in one week. Not healthy at all. I took them myself to see the effects and I definitely felt the drowsy feeling within an hour but it didn’t feel good. Take at your own risk. It’s a shame I got two bottles of them
