Great all around product.
I love the way it works, it fits very well, good quality, connects well with phone, has good speed, and great value for the money.

Great product, excellent support
Excellent device, boots us quickly, great picture quality and features. I broadcast music through my Sena in my helmet and it works great. And carpuride provides exceptional customer support. When I've had questions about the device or firmware updates, the people at Carpuride are extremely communicative and helpful. This is a great product, a great value, and genuinely well supported by the manufacturer. After my experience with this device I purchased a 903 for my car and was also tremendously happy with the purchase.

Works well but confusing user guide
The Carpuride is an economical way to bring that CarPlay or android auto functionality you love in your car to your motorcycle. Be ready to delve into multiple YouTube how-to videos to figure out how to get it working. The user guide appears to be written by the good folks in China who make it. And their grasp of English is not quite on par with their ability to make a solidly built and so far reliable and weatherproof electronic device. Easy to mount. Easy to use once you’ve figured it out. Great readable display. Connects quickly and consistently with iphone. Responsive touch screen. Four stars instead of five only because of the at times unintelligible user guide. I’d buy it again.

Recommend
It’s nice having a bigger view than just my phone. Sometimes it’s a little difficult getting everything connected but once it’s working, it’s working well.

Not Android nor open mesh friendly
So, if you an Android phone and you want to use open mesh on a Cardo or Sena, this might not be the unit for you. This is more designed with Apple Carplay in mind. If you are not using open mesh, this works fairly well with Android. Since I ride with a friend on long distance rides across the country, this is not the Android Auto emulator for me.

Better than I expected, highly recommend!
I must admit, I am really impressed with the Carpuride 7" CarPlay unit. It was very easy to set up with my phone. There are a few options for power hookup, very nice. The screen is bright and easily seen in the daylight. It is very quick to automatically connect to my phone once set up. I have used it a couple of times already on motorcycle rides and the large screen made it very easy and convenient to follow my route using my favorite GPS app. I highly recommend this product and would buy it again. In fact, one of my riding buddies liked it so much he ordered himself one, too.

This one works on my 2020 R1250 GSA
I had Carpuride on my Roadtrek since 2 years and it worked well. I decided to give a try for motorcycle carplay. I used it on a bright day and screen brightness was very good. It works with supplied USB cable connected to my bikes special usb adapter. It needs to be 12V and > 1.5 amps. Normal usb adapters normally gives 5V and this unit will not work.Update:The unit gone bad after two days, together with supplied, USB wire when I used with 12v usb supply.Manufacturer was very kind to send me another unit and now it works fine with hard wire, from the battery.Normally, USB wire works inly with 12V supplying USB, but does not turn the screen in when connected to 5V USB. I did nit understand why, and am afraid to give it another try, with USB. Hope manufacturer may come with better power supply details.Yesterday, April 16, 2024, I received BMW adapter and installed. It just works how it is supposed to be.I tired several ways of connection to my iPhone (14 Max Pro), and helmet (Sena 50C), but was not able to use “Siri” with voice command (“hey Siri” or just “Siri”). Finally, I connected my phone>Carpuride and my phone>Helmet. In this case, it made “Siri” usable when I click and hold the six dots menu at left bottom corner of the screen. It kicks Siri in.

Good quality display and durable
Used this for a 4 day ride in Kentucky on dual sport bikes with a decent amount of off road abuse. I was impressed with the mount (basically a knock off of the RAM mounts) and the durability. The base came loose a few times but I was able to tighten the screws and continue. The only thing missing IMHO is a good screen protector. I have found one on Amazon that should fit but for the price it should include a basic one. I already scratched the screen on mine but being able to swap it around on multiple bikes (soldered the wiring to an SAE/Battery Tender connector) makes it a great purchase if you ride much. I can run Waze on the street and Gaia off road to follow tracks. And control my music if I want while keeping my phone in the tank bag and plugged into a battery pack if needed.**** need to update my review. I've had the unit since May (5 months now) and have used it on probably 4-5 longer rides (2-4 days each) but it stopped working this past ride. Last ride it would sometimes not turn on when I turned on the bike (switched power) but after 5-15 minutes it would then turn on randomly. Used it the first portion of a ride last week but after the initial use (probably 1-2 hours) it wouldn't turn on the rest of the weekend. Tried plugging the USB into a wall outlet, power bank and tried three different USB adapters on the bike and nothing. I hear something inside the unit rattling around but there is no damage to the unit externally (wasn't dropped or hit with anything) so not sure what is wrong. Will contact the company and see if there's anything that can do or something I'm missing... Worked great while it did!
