If you can’t drink caffeine, this is perfect
I recently was diagnosed with h PYLORI infection, and the antibiotic treatment’s effectiveness can be jeopardized if you consume acidic things, or caffeine. But I need caffeine to function, so I found these to try out. They worked perfectly! I’m so happy I found them so I could get caffeine in my system without putting it into my digestive tract!

Definite caffeine hit, easy to use.
I did find this product gives a definite caffeine kick so if you're really busy and don't have time to stop and drink, or prefer to go a long time between drinks, these little pods are great but I don't think I liked it much but that is very personal. The little pouches are easy to slip behind your top lip and do stay put if you are being fairly sedentary (I wouldn't use during sport because I feel it may slip and end up being swallowed or there's a risk of choking). The amount of caffeine is about the same as a cup of coffee which is great, they taste pretty decent too however I found it made me feel a bit jangly and jittery.I tend to temper my caffeine with some L-theanine to offset those jitters so it's possible that's what happened here but for anyone who is looking for a really easy caffeine hit, these may work. The thing with reviewing this kind of product is that it's so subjective so my star rating is more generous because they taste OK, are easy to use and definitely do have a good hit of caffeine so they do exactly what they say on the tin, they just aren't the right product for me.

Innovative but awkward to use
These Citrus Tang Caffeine Pouches are an innovative way to get an energy boost with 80mg of caffeine per pouch. They smell strong and citrussy from the off. The scent is pleasant. They come packaged in a compact, portable circular plastic case with each pack containing 15 pouches. These pouches are designed to be placed between the upper gum and lip, providing a quick caffeine hit without the need for drinks or gels. This method of keeping them in place between the gum and lip is quite awkward as you cannot talk when you have it placed there. There is a strong caffeine hit from these pouches which leaves a bit of a tingle although the flavour wears off quicker than expected. While they are convenient and portable due to the case, making them ideal for various activities like sports, gym, exercise etc, they might not be suitable for all situations. For instance, they can pose a choking hazard during activities like running since the pouches are not meant to be swallowed.

What problem are these solving?
I've used various similar nicotine replacement products. These are much like "snus" pouches and there are actually many brands of snus that include caffeine alongside nicotine for an extra buzz.I was interested in trying these pouches out but when I actually got them and had one in my mouth I suddenly realised there was no point in it..Snus is great as a nicotine replacement product as we're well passed the point where smoking is socially acceptable in almost any situation but the same is not and never will be true for coffee.. I enjoy coffee, I enjoy coffee more than I enjoy having a soggy lemony pouch shoved under my top lip. I can have coffee whenever I want, similarly I can have Redbull, Monster or whatever syrupy energy drink I may desire. These things are socially acceptable, they're accessible and they're enjoyable so what is the point of these pouches? In use, I did enjoy the flavour and I'm sure I was getting the stated caffeine in my system but I found myself wishing that I was just drinking a coffee! Maybe I am missing something here? Maybe there is some use case that I am blind to.Another problem for me is the price of these. Snus is generally generally priced between £3 to £5 for 20 to 25 pouches, whereas these are currently £10 for 15 pouches.. It's like they've taken an existing product, stripped out ingredients and then tripled the price!I don't want to give these an unnecessarily harsh appraisal as maybe I am missing something.. Is there some environment in which drinking is prohibited? Are these for people so grossly addicted to caffeine that they must maintain a constant blood level even when partaking in activities that do not facilitate drinking such as skydiving? I just have no idea but maybe you do and maybe to you £10 for 15 pouches seems reasonable, if that is the case then these are pleasant and lemony!

Good energy boost
BELTER Caffeine Pouches offer a quick and convenient energy boost, perfect for sports, gaming, gym sessions, or busy workdays. Each citrus-flavored pouch contains 80mg of caffeine, providing a faster energy release than traditional energy drinks or tablets. The pouches are easy to use and discreet, making them ideal for on-the-go energy without the need for liquids or messy gels. The citrus tang flavor is refreshing, though it may not appeal to everyone. Overall, they’re a great alternative for those seeking a more efficient and portable way to stay energized and focused throughout the day.
