A beautiful bag which has not stayed beautiful despite careful usage, and no seller response.
I have emailed the seller to explain that I am unhappy with the finish on the leather of this bag, as the surface wore in all the corners very quickly, and even has patches missing in other places despite my having been very careful with the bag because I love it. Also, the zip fastener on the central pocket has broken. I emailed the seller with photographs on 22 September but have had no reply. Postscript October 10:I have now contacted the seller by phone, to be told that because I have had the bag for 6 months nothing can be done about the zip, and I should put renovating polish on the worn patches.
