When I finally got it, as the courier delivered to the wrong house by a mile, it was fine. Only a cable for a second freesat box so no biggie... but its not 2m long I'm afraid, more like 1.9m. Hey ho.

Virgin box extender cable
Thought it was OK but had issues with the box. Virgin engineer came out and said the problem was this cable. Changed to a new cable and now works fine.
