Gym quality bar and has weight to it. Grip is pretty good and overall functionality is on point. I highly recommend this bar.

Solid tricep bar.
This bar has the perfect grip and angle for tricep pushdowns. It’s heavy, probably about 10 lbs and the grip is rough but comfortable. It’s 15” wide and 8” high.
