Product seems to slightly increase energy and focus for a short period of time . Doesn't seem too hard on digestive system. Approaching the 2 week mark. As the 30 day mark approaches I’m sure the benefits will be more significant over time.

The quality is great, my energy is boosted from these, taste of the capsule is okay (since I am a gummies gal) and effectiveness is there. Been a month on these, and they seem to be working! They are easy to swallow for those who can, however I have trouble- which is why I gave this 4 out of 5 stars.

These do not smell weird like most supplements. They also don’t upset my stomach like some do so I like them. I noticed a little increase in energy. They are the best supplements I have tried.
