Turquoise crochet waistband has 3 layers of tulle,which makes it extra fluffy,with sparkly mermaids and seahorses which have been heat pressed onto the quality tulle. Tulle is hand tied onto a crochet elastic waistband which stretches to provide a comfortable fit. The mermaids and seahorses are made from special vinyls pressed onto the quality soft tulle in separate layers for 3D effect. There are 8 x sparkly mermaids and 8 x seahorses on each tutu.
