The media could not be loaded. I bought this bag after seeing Bumrah’s promotion, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Within six months, the chain became loose and the bag started looking worn out. For the last 3–4 months, it has been almost unusable.Initially, when the bag was new, it felt like a quality product for about 2–3 months. But after that, it started feeling like a ₹200–300 roadside bag, despite the fact that I purchased it online from Amazon for around ₹2,000.Compared to other brands like Wildcraft, American Tourister, and Swiss Military, which I have personally used, this bag’s quality is nowhere close. Those brands not only offer better durability but also provide a 2–5 year service warranty through their brand stores.Overall, I feel unsatisfied and disappointed with this purchase. Not worth the price.I request Amazon to kindly provide me with proper support under warranty or service for this product. If possible, please offer me an alternative option as well. I am making this request so that my future relationship with Amazon remains positive...
