Good flour
If you have a recipe that calls for Cassava Flour, this is the place to buy it. It is hard/impossible to find in your local grocery store. It's expensive, but if you need it, you need it.

For the price OK
I don't think it's as good as Otto's but at the time had to save money. Worked well but the flavor was off a little to me.

Gluten free flour
I swear Anthony’s never misses. Everything I purchase from them is a good product. They also have a great variety of flours. I usually use cassava flour as a mix with other flours. Good texture gluten free and like all other flours it has its own distinctive smell which I think is fine.

Seems to work just like wheat flour
I was skeptical at first. The wife had to cut gluten out of her diet per her doctor. My wife also had a nut allergy which eliminated most all other flours. I had tried coconut flour and it seemed to burn too easily. Then I discovered Cassava flour. I honestly think I like it better than wheat flour. It fries well when you are frying chicken or pork chops. I also was able to make a rue to make gravy with it. With the use of olive oil, a little plant based butter, and some chicken broth I was able to make a gluten free and dairy free gravy for the chicken picata. Probably sounds hideous but it actually was pretty darn good. I am by NO means a health food nut. I'm all about battered and deep fried. It's worth a try.

Very good quality
After reading a few neg reviews, I decided to try it out for myself. I don’t know what these people are talking about but this cassava flour is great! I have used a lot of brands and this one is by far the best! It smells fabulous and the texture is super fine. Definitely a must buy if you are gluten free/grain free
