I've use performix brand items before and this one hits the nail on the head again. You definitely have to work your way up in dose as suggested, but the results are real and side effects are minimal. Or overheating so make sure you stay hydrated but overall great for cardio and losing weight

Other than the price ($76 for 30 servings at the time this was written), I really like this supplement. It is packed with thermogenic components, B12 and 290 mg of caffeine. The gel caps are also pretty cool looking and have a slight cinnamon scent, but go down easily, have no aftertaste and don't leave me with heartburn or hurt my stomach (like some brands do). If it was just a little cheaper, it would probably become one of my go-tos.

SST original will do the job but this was overhyped and over price I can't really tell a difference I've been using their products for years I was super excited for this one but it's just not doing it for me the original in the blue and white box will offer that powerful punch you're looking for and I'll just stick to it I'm glad I got this one on sale I'm not saying you guys shouldn't try it but I'm use to the original because just taking one will have you set all day.

I been taking half a dose, just one pill every morning right when I get up before I brush my teeth, shower, etc. I follow it up with a double espresso lungo on the drive to work in the morning. That has been my morning routine for a month no. Since I half dosed and am not taking these prior to working out, I'm just using them as an energy supplement for my morning routine. I have seen a difference. In this aspect it almost makes the price worth it at about $1.33a pill. It is about half of the cost of a redbull for about the same kick. Outside of vitamins I generally do not take supplements like this. However when I seen this one, I wanted to try it. They are tasty and the flavor is strong cinnamon almost with a hint of coconut. The pills are cool looking enough, like I'm choosing to go into the matrix. I could imagine taking two of these would be a huge work-out boost replacing those fancy energy drinks for who the target market actually is. Takes me back to my younger days when I started taking caffeine supplements which tore up my stomach. I am not sure if this is something I would recommend for the long term. It has been gentle enough on my stomach and would guess this could also be the reason I feel a bit more pep in my morning step. However would need more science before I could decide.

This was a decent thermogenic morning energy booster but for the price this is hard to rate high. There are much cheaper alternatives out there that will do the same thing. I had no negative side effects while taking this product and did notice an increase in morning energy levels, took this instead of my coffee ritual. If I took this and drank coffee I had the jitters but by itself I did not. I would like to recommend this product but the price is twice as high as I believe it is worth. The capsules were easy to take if you are used to them so no issues there.
