Ok not used yet other than to set up , my wife said you must read the set up book fully and not skip things , if you read the book properly it is so easy to use , we were told to get one of these as i am having chemo and must monitor temp morning and night , these look and feel very professional and you can get spare caps at a good price we got 2 lots in just in case

I have found this product to be accurate and very easy to use.

A great product very easy to use and the traffic lights make it a sensible buy for use at home.Disappointed that the “caps” are more expensive than most other makes and difficult to find sources on line.

This works really well my only issue was delivery. I ordered it due to my baby being really poorly temp really high said same day delivery, perfect. I then got a notification later saying delivery attempted, no one had rang my door bell of knocked on my door, I tried to contact Amazon and didn’t get anywhere, it got delivered the next day by a lovely young man who said it should have just been left in the porch.

Good value fro money easy to hold and operate

If you plan on using it for an extended period, it might not be the best option since it relies on attaching the provided plastic caps. The box includes 24 plastic cap covers, but once you've used them up, you'll need to purchase more for it to continue functioning. I think such plasic usage should be banned instead charging us for plastic bags when shopping.

Great product very easy to use, highly recommend this product

This is a well made product that feels nicely balanced in the hand. It comes with two AA batteries, though these days I think I would have preferred USB charging.I struggled at first with the mono use plastic hygiene caps that have to be used, not realising they need to pulled very tightly, so that the red marker moves back. This initially led to some CAP error messages before I understood.There are memory options and it works well, but it all feels a bit overkill, especially with all the provisos over correct usage in the extended guide. At a time with groggy head and high temperature you want maximum simplicity. A forehead style digital thermometer produces the same results with less hassle and generally for less money.Overall, this is certainly accurate, and easy to read. I especially like the colour reference, but I’m not convinced it is a convenient solution when the small hygiene caps have to be kept on hand and changed with each use. It comes with 24, but according to the quick start guide they can only be replaced with new ones made by OwlHealth. I found these on amazon, however they currently show as unavailable.
