the bike is made of poor metal none of the parts fit together sadly and securely the spokes tyres and forks are bent/uneven total waste of money and a very upset child

Not the best,wasn’t happy with the quality and a complete pain to put together nuts and bolts keep coming loose

The instructions never told you how to build the bike only told you how to put on handle bars and seat , parts of bike were damaged and plastic and metal was bent so unable to attach parts , very hard to assemble into a working bike

Bike dented in multiple places, back tyre tube split, stickers hanging off, paint work all marked down to the metal. No instructionsPoorest quality i have ever purchased, do not waste your money!

Firstly this is a good little Bike - bought for a 4 year old granddaughter who is thrilled with it - great for her learning to ride a Bike and may well get a better one when she graduates to larger sizes.However - the time to assemble is totally unrealistic - 20 mins is more like 3-4 hours - that is by some-one who works in engineering and has a complete set of tools - the 20 mins quoted is fiction and should be removed from the description. Once assembled it is a good Bike for a young person learning to ride and good value.

The bike was a shambles and we only found this out on 23rd Dec when building it for Christmas. Screws were broken, the seat wouldn’t slot on correctly and therefore wasn’t stable and more than one screw space wasn’t threaded for the entry of the screw! Had to go and buy a new bike off a reputable supplier on Christmas Eve. Really disappointing.
