These things really work. They are advertised as anti-snoring, which is true, but better yet they allow you to sleep deeply all night. I'm 62, which equals 3 or 4 bathroom jaunts a night, or did, but now I hit the loo once at most. (Turns out, your body doesn't create urine when you're in deep sleep mode.) Since I work at home I even wear them during the day at times. Makes me appreciate how the nose used to work before the creation of junk food etc. And the many different sizes included in each container allows for a very comfortable fit. Thank you for this great product.

High hopes. I tried all the sizes and they all hurt. The medium size (it came with 2 or each: s, m, l, xl). Was the least uncomfortable. I couldn't keep it in for long though as even that one started to bother me. My wife tried the small and she did sleep through the night with it but she still snored. So even if they were wearable, I don't think they would work.

Works as advertised but the sizes really differ. Go too big and you will feel it in your nose. Too small and it just falls out.Finding the right one takes some time, but when you get the right one, snoring decreases by a bit. I had less of a sore throat waking up in the morning.

Bought these for my husband for reducing snoring. Didn't really seem to help. He was uncomfortable with them, so he disconnected to use in one nostril. Sorry to say they didn't work for him at all. May be great for others though, so check the other reviews. :)

Didn't work for me, wouldn't stay on my face, not comfortable. I am a side, front sleeper...maybe that makes a difference.

Have had them for a week or so. Has been a game changer. Sleeping like a baby now. Used to be a mouth breather and would get really thirsty at night. Still thirsty but nowhere near the degree I was before.

I had hope after reading the reviews but when I went to use them they were louder than my snoring. None of the sizes fit my nose and each one had a gap that made a loud whistling noise every time I took a breath, no matter how careful or small the breath was. It was so bad that I didn’t even wear them to bed because it was driving me crazy and I was awake. I like the idea of these but they are the worst because of the whistle they create. I recommend not spending your money on this. Nose strips work better. These are awful and irritated my nose.

I bought these as an affordable way to reduce my snoring and because I don’t want to sleep with a CPAP machine every night and when I’m traveling and these works great! I recorded myself sleeping one night without them and then the second night with them on and the difference in my snoring with amazing!! It doesn’t complete stop the snoring but it reduces it a lot! Will definitely buy again!
