Premium product and service experience. Mr. Raees came for installation, he was very nice and polite and his work was perfect

Good lock, very bad after sales
A very good quality lock, but gave 2 star for very poor aftersales service. Not only the engineer came to fit the lock, after lot of complaint over phone ultimately through e mail, the engineer kept on giving false promises for 3 days regarding attending time which they very conveniently did not keep. Job was ultimately done after I lodged complaint through email. Frustrating experience in all. Quality of lock is good though.
