Does the job, but doesn't stay cold as long as description
Works well, but don't plan on an all-day cold. It thaws quicker than the description reports.

Ice packs do not last long. Zipper tends to stick. Did keep medication safe.

Keeps insulin cold
Perfect for traveling with insulin. It kept my insulin cold while I was flying and during long layovers at the airport. The only thing I didn't like is there is no place to store needles and alcohol pads in this particular kit unless you don't use one of the ice packs that come with it
