The only thing is that the pieces that go behind your ear push my ears down so it looks like they stick out, sounds weird, but I’m sure other people have experienced this as well. For that reason, you have to wear that your tips a little higher, so this doesn’t happen.

Protect the eyes

I can't afford American Optical. I paid $18.00 a pair for the AO glasses when in the service in the late 60's. I sure can't go over 200 bucks a pair for them now. There are several knock-off glasses on Amazon. I chose this brand. They look the same, the quality is very good and the lenses were glass. Go figure, at this price point! Visual clarity is awesome. I have had to make some adjustments in my car but I can still see my Heads-up Display. It's nice having something functional and still makes you look cool. Highly recommend. RATING UPDATE: Seeing the heads up display has become a problem. The clarity is based on how I have tilted my head. If my head is in one direction the HUD completely disappears. That tells me the quality of the polarization is inferior. I am disappointed it writing this update. The glasses simply are not doing as I hoped. That being said, for regular everyday use they are good and look fantastic. They just aren't performing for what I bought them for. If the polarization was consistent I would have clarity regardless of the direction of my head.

Looks close to Randolph Engineering at a fraction of the price. I wanted an aviator look with straight arms and decided to try these. A couple of weeks in and I've gotten compliments, and I have no complaints about vision quality. The plastic over the ears on the arms is a bit loose, but I'm not worried about it.
