I recently decided to upgraded to a smart door lock, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home. I love the ability to control the lock from my phone. With the fingerprint function I don't have to worry about my kids loosing their keys. In the app I'm able to set up onetime passwords for other people that won't need permanent access to my home.The instructions were clear and straightforward and I had it installed and added to the app in under 30 minutes.Because of all of the advantages to this lock I decided to upgraded the back door also. Now I'm able to control both doors from a single app. I was also able to set up our fingerprints and use the same codes on both locks.The only disadvantage is that both locks use different keys and the only way to fix thus would be to take them to a professional locksmith. But that's not really a problem because we only use the fingerprint or code for the locks.Now we never have to use a key.

We have purchased this item before, and the mechanism quit working. Easy to install, the setup on the app is a little cumbersome. Some difficulty with fingerprint access, it doesn't always recognize mine. I tend to use the fob most of the time. I did like that the key fob from my old one worked with the new one so I had an extra to use for guests.

It was easy to install and to setup. I the ease of operation and safety of have a well made lock. For someone who has a problem of keeping up with keys the fingerprint reader is very useful. I would recommend this item for everyone

We have had this for 3 months and suddenly the deadbolt will not slide out when you push the lock button o. The outside. The only way to lock the door is from the inside. I have been through all of the trouble shooting and changed batteries. We have only had it a short period. On top of that there is no one I have found to contact. We have another exact lock on the front door that we have had for a year that works perfectly well. But one star just for the simple fact that I cannot contact anyone in support to help me with this issue.
