CanDo Weight cuff - Wrist and ankle weights - 113 g, white - alternative to dumbbells

I did not quite know what to expect, never having had anything like it before, but a Physiotherapist advised me to buy one. However, it answers my needs for a slight resistance on my leg when doing the exercises perfectly.

Great weight set at a Great Price. Same weights as used by Physiotherapists at Hospitals. Great for strengthening weak muscles.

Bulky and can be a little fiddly to put on, but robustly constructed and very effective for quads rehabilitation exercises.

Quite difficult (for me anyway) to attach reasonably securely to my leg, otherwise does what it says
