The trey is broken as you can see and the paint on the pot has hairline cracks all over,please replace it...Rosie

Plate is too small for the pot
The plate is not the correct one... however I could not bother to claim but it is very inconvenient.

Chipped when arrived
Was chipped at a couple of places when it arrived. It looks very fragile. Won't buy again

Very nice Bonsai pot
Really pleased with the pot quality, speed of despatch, packaging etc.However the tray is very deep and will collect rain water so ensure to line with gravel
