I was looking for a more budget friendly option and I think this is a good one. I will say I have to go bare skin on the mat or I didn’t feel anything. But with bare skin it looks like it gives similar results to the high end brands when I’m finished I have the little indents in my back and then a few minutes later it’s clear that the blood is flowing to the area as my back turned very red. It felt very good and relaxing. I’m still working up a tolerance to be on it for longer periods of time.
