This is a perfect little shed to store a few outdoor tools and my grilling/smoking accessories. After a delivery delay, which the seller worked out, the shed arrived in very good condition. Fearing the wood might get damaged by the searing AZ sun and monsoon rains, I decided to put a transparent sealer on it. This slightly darkened the wood but kept the character of the grain. Assembly of the unit was fairly easy as there are not many pieces. I will follow up on this review when the shed has endured an AZ summer with the shed taking on 115-degree temps and 6 hours of sun baking it.

Overall, I am pleased with this shed. It looks good, smells great, and was easy to assemble. The instructions were pictorial, with no words. For the most part they captured the detail needed for assembly, but there were a few areas in which a little more detail would have helped. It took two people about 1.5 hours to put it together. There were a few things that I did that helped: 1) reviewed the instructions and walked through how the big parts went together before starting, 2) there is an assembly video on the Leisure Seasons website that helped to add a little more detail. It is only 40 seconds, with no narration, but it did clear up a few things, 3) I used quick-release bar clamps (the type with the trigger grips) to hold pieces together during the assembly and this really helped a lot. It made it much easier to take out any (natural) warp to some of the long, skinny pieces, and made sure that everything was perfectly aligned when the screws were inserted.A note about some of the other reviews. Some purchasers complained that the wood was cheap and stripped when the screws were tightened. Note that this unit is made of cypress, which is very soft. Anyone with experience working with soft woods knows that a little care has to be taken during assembly. If you use a power drill at high speed or high torque, you will invariably strip the screw holes. This is not a deficiency of the design. It is a deficiency of the installer. I used a power drill set at low speed and low breakaway torque to get the screws most of the way driven, and did the final tightening by hand. It is much easier to feel the give in the wood when doing this. I had no trouble with any of the screws, and the whole things went together easily.

I used this product for storage of rakes and shovels, some buckets, etc. It solved my storage problem due to a smaller garage than our previous house. The instructions are complete, just make sure to read them carefully as you are constructing the unit. Several times I put some boards together but had to redo them as I had them on backwards. If I had double checked the instructions, it would have been clear.I made a concrete slab for this and due to HOA requirements, had to attach the unit to the slab. I painted the storage unit the same color as the house and I am very pleased with how this turned out. Seems strong and well built. I worried that it might be somewhat flimsy but that's not the case.

I was so excited to receive this little shed and I really like its look!. Even being a senior citizen I found it very easy to assemble. Although good looking, it definitely has some construction issues, including warped doors and roof slats, and poor roof slat attachment. I purchased this shed on October 14, 2022 and have recently discovered that roof slats were loose and warping. Upon closer inspection I discovered that every single roof screw had rusted through, leaving their tips lodged in the thin board in the shed interior!! The company has not responded to any of my numerous calls and email messages. The shed is unusable as it is so I have had to remove everything from the inside. There is a full warranty on this shed that covers construction, workmanship, etc. I have no idea what my recourse is; totally stumped as to what to do.I know what I will do though, advise you to think twice about purchasing this unit.Very sad and disappointed in Salem

Purchased this little shed during the summer. Using it to house the water filtration system for our well - - we have it up against the house. Assembly was quick and easy, the only problem was a slightly bent hinge that was easily hammered flat. We painted with two coats of house paint - - took the paint well. Insulated with styrofoam sheeting and a thermostatic controlled heat lamp - - working very well. We did apply composite shingles to the roof for added protection. Looks sharp and functioning quite well.

This thing is awful. Do not waste your money. I began unpacking to find almost every panel broken. I can't blame the shipping company as even if it had been protected better the materials are so soft and thin almost like Balsa wood that it would not matter.Amazon took it back and refunded my money.

The shipment arrived in perfect shape in one large box, right on time--so whatever issues the manufacturer was having seem to be resolved. I could have put it together myself but appreciated having a friend help with assembly, and we found that everything we needed was included, well-labeled, and in the right quantity. We were both impressed by the quality of the construction and the relative ease of assembly, though we did think that adding the part-letters to each piece would have sped things up. I had prepared a base of pavers for the shed to sit on, which will help with stability and durability as it won't be sitting directly on the ground. Looks SO much better than those plastic things. Will certainly buy more from this company again.

Unfortunately, ours arrived damaged. These things are a pain to ship back so it was very frustrating to have to deal with the return. I asked if they could just replace the broken panel and Amazon informed me they could not so I just returned the whole thing. It actually looked like it would have been an attractive shed but the wood is so flimsy it didn't survive shipping. In addition, these things are a overpriced for how small they are. They are basically a wooden closet.
