Great job CAULIPOWER!
I used this to make pizza crust, chocolate chip cookies and soft pretzels. All recipes CAULIPOWER has on their website. They were all great. There is a slight cauliflower aroma to the mix but nothing too strong. I couldn’t even tastier in the pizza. The cookies had a slight cauliflower smell but the taste was pure chocolate chip cookie! The soft pretzels are the best gluten free soft pretzel I have ever had!! Can’t wait to try it in some other recipes.

Great Product!!!
I bought this to try and I love it. I made chocolate chip cookies with a standard recipe and they turned out great. They are slightly more fragile then cookies made with regular flour but they turned out perfect. I took them on a trip and also brought them to work. I must have had at least 15 people try them and they all said they were fantastic. Most everyone ate at least 2. I kept them in a zip lock bag so when you opened the bag you could smell the cauliflower but the look and taste was just like my other homemade cookies. I can't wait to try other recipes with this. I have also had the frozen pizza's and they are fantastic as well.

OK if you want your baked products to taste like cauliflower
I used this baking mix to make biscuits. It has a very strong cauliflower taste and does not respond to liquids like regular flour. It requires a lot more liquid to form a dough.

Healthier Alternative
This flour is better used for making pizza crusts because I tried using this flour to make cookies and blueberry loaf bread, and I cannot mask the cauliflower taste! My friends tried the blueberry loaf and said it did taste healthy, which is their way of saying this does not taste great. I'm okay with the flavor, I would have to add more blueberry puree to try to mask the cauliflower taste. However, when I used it to make a crust, it tasted amazing! I would get this again only to use it to bake crust and not sweet baked goods.

TASTES AND SMELLS LIKE CAULIFLOWER! NASTY!
The frozen preformed pizza dough is fabulous. No taste of cauliflower at all....amazing!!!!....NOT so with the flower. Used cup for cup replacing flower.....made Belgian waffles whichhad the UNMISTAKABLE taste and smell of cauliflower. Waffles would not crisp up. Batter was so thick I had to add more milk. Whole house smelled like cauliflower. Cauliflower aftertaste in my mouth even after I finished eating. Fruit, maple syrup and whipped cream hides most of the cauliflower taste but the waffle still smells like cauliflower. I can see eating this if you cant eat regular flower......but I cant reccomend this for cup for cup replacement if you dont have to. NASTY

A pretty good product!
So far seems to be a pretty good product! I thought at first I might not like it because I could smell the cauliflower in it but, when I used it to make some mug cakes there was no cauliflower smell or taste to it. All in all its a pretty good product & a nice healthy replacement for regular flour. Will definitely buy it again!

Low Carb? Really?
When I saw this product I thought "Great.... I've been wanting to try out a low carb pizza recipe". Except one thing. This is anything but low carb. Lower carb maybe. They label is completely misleading. 14 Net carbs per serving according to the label. While technically true who actually uses only 1/4 cup of flour in any recipe? If one does the math, here is what you find:CAULIPOWER --- 14 Net Carbs * 14 Servings per package = 196 Net Carbs per package.Since one bag only has about 2.5 Cups - enough for maybe two 12 inch pizza crusts, the carb savings over regular flour is only about 33% given that Pillsbury regular all purpose flour is 294 Net Carbs per 2.5 Cups as an apples to apples comparison. Now add to that fact that the product is priced 6X per oz higher than regular flour and on a cost/benefit analysis I just don't see the value or benefit.I guess I wouldn't be as harsh in my review if they were truthful and stated the total carbs per cup or in the bag. On a flavor basis it had more the taste of cardboard than that of pizza crust. FYI: Just in case, one is curious, the recipe I use is a white pepperoni pizza without tomato sauce so it's the crust that impacts the carb count in this case.I'm not disappointed in the purchase, just the product. A worthwhile experiment that at least showed me what NOT to do in the future.

The best flour Hands down!
First of all I want to begin by saying I have tried caulipower products and they are amazing. I’ve had their pizza and I thought I can make my own with the caulipower flour. I have made it all from tortillas to pancakes and waffles in the mornings. I have tried coconut flour, and while also a good product, I have found the caulipower is easier to work with, makes fluffier pancakes and it doesn’t have an overwhelming cauliflower taste. I highly recommend this product to those who are going plant based or on keto diets. As this product is low on carbs. Thanks caulipower! I no longer feel deprived of my favorite foods!
