For the price of the steamer, it is fantastic.. if you only have two or three pieces to do.. you’re good to go because it does not hold that much water.

I returned this once because it wasn't working, but after reading reviews again, I thought I'd try one more time. Maybe I got a lemon. This one definitely is better in terms of steam, but it definitely can't replace an iron. I will keep this, though, because it does take out a lot of wrinkles, and I like that it is light and compact.

I honestly only got this one because it was a quick next day delivery and I my old one went missing (house is being rearranged, it's in a box somewhere...). It works really well and is decently priced! I managed to steam out a handful of tops and a few pairs of pants and there was still water left, so it holds enough to get through a good chunk of items if you have them ready to go, one after the other. It doesn't get at hot as the professional ones, of course, or work as well, but for the cost and easy of use - it's worth it!

The end results are exactly what you need BUT it is not something you can use to steam a blouse or skirt or dress pants really quick before you go, it is more of the night before or 2 to 3 hrs before you leave kind of thing. Issues A. It 'burps' water on all the items even when you hold it up right and hang the item up on the wall to steam. B. The steam is not apparent like you would think (like a teapot) until the water is almost gone and you need to use it before that happens. C. It does take up to two min before you can use too. D. It just steams until you run out of water or turn it off, no nice trigger to use to release extra steam or do a light spray, you just have to use the water it burps on the clothes. E. You DO NOT want to fill past the max line or it will spew hot water out of the holes while just sitting on the table. All in all, does what you want but kind of an annoying and wet way to get there. Plus, not a fast easy solution to wrinkles when in a hurry.

So I have two other handheld garment steamers and I hate them. I ordered this one half expecting to not like it either, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I steamed two 4x8 blackout curtain panels and two valances in about 20 mins. The steamer held enough water to run for close to 12 minutes, which did 1 curtain and 1 valance. The initial heat time was 1 min 45 sec, when already hot each refill took about 1 min 15 sec to heat. After I knocked out the curtains, I steamed 2 of my husband's long sleeved shirts, 6 child t-shirts (some not pictured) and a pair of child's pants in roughly 10 mins, and 1 tank of water. The shirts and pants had spent about 24 hours in the dryer and were very very wrinkled. This is hands down the best steamer I have tried. Cons: When the water level gets to about 1/4 inch, it violently bubbles and will spew large globs of hot water. Avoidable by keeping an eye on the water level, but inconvenient and a burn hazard. You cannot tilt it forward very far, depending on water level, or it will spill out the nozzle.
