Works Great once I ordered additional part
Struts work as described but no where does it say the ball/stud size (10mm). Had to order additional brackets that are not included because these were not direct replacement since I didn't realize end caps where different then what I was replacing. Better item description regarding end caps and if there are interchangeable would be awesome, so there is no confusion.

These are not as solid as the ones they are replacing, having said that they work well for my application.

Lasted 15 months
I purchased these cylinders for my Leer truck canopy. The originals failed after 12 years. Sad to report back that these new ones only lasted 15 months from date of install. Oddly enough, they both failed at the same time. I need to order a new set, will not be buying these same ones again.

I used these struts on a matco msc4 rolling cart lid and they work perfect as a direct replacement.
