First, it does not fit the screen as purported.Two, poor sensitivity: you gotta use force on your finger to get any response. Even more force to make any selection.Three: it smudges horribly. Leaves your finger prints all over, see picture.Four: very poor instructions for installation.Fifth: bulky, and for the price, it is not worth a penny.Si Sorry, I do not care for a replacement or refund. It doesn't fit an S9 screen. There's a good 5 millimeters between the end of the screen protector and the end of the screen itself. Also, the directions that come with it are pure, unintelligible Yoda speak/Google Translate garbage. I couldn't understand them at all.

Junk came from China took way to long to get then it didn't stick to the phone like it's should and it made the touch screen difficult to select what you wanted.

Don't waist your money! I waited almost a month for it to come in and it didn't come with any directions.It doesn't stick, the stickey stuff is only around the edeges and slides around on the phone.It doesn't fit the screen it hangs over on the edges and when you try to put the case on, it pops the protector off.

This is a very poorly designed product. Looks ridiculous on the phone, doesn't adhere well, and gathers fingerprints and oil like nothing else. This would be a bad purchase... I put mine on and took it off immediately.

it fit for the most part but when I put my case on it make the sides lift up....also the touch screen is really hard to use because of the screen protector.

Worked well, however it fell off my phone when I dropped it. It didn't break until I stepped on the protector when I didn't realize it fell off. Total waste of my money.

The item didnt do any of what was described. It didnt stick well and got all smuggy. It feels like plastic and am throwing it away. Total waste of money.
