Actually works
The nice thing about this one is that you lay on the piece of fabric between the two wedge sections - it holds everything in place. It actually keeps you on your side. Has a waterproof cover on the cushions inside, which I don’t like but otherwise pretty good for what it is. We tried just a free floating, large wedge and it just moved around so this is way better.

Really wanted to love it
Really wanted to love this, but it's a bit awkward. One thing I do like is that the small wedge that you can attach with velcro is actually something you can detach to be able to use separately. I'm not sure why it was designed to attach in this way, but it is a nice option to be able to use them independent of each other. The larger pillow is kind of like a half pipe shape. And unfortunately doesn't offer much support. As you can see I made my husband get on the floor to demonstrate lol. If you lay on your side, you can't get the curve to reach your back at all, and it's not like a wedge that you can tuck under you or lean back into. When you try to lean back into it there just isn't any lumbar support.Where I think this could be better served is maybe tucking it under a fitted sheet and using it to help keep children from falling off the bed. The smaller triangle piece I actually use to help me prop up my tablet or phone when I'm sitting on the couch. I think if the larger pillow was more like a triangle or wedge it would be a better fit for most people. But so far not really loving this one.

Happy, for the most part
First let me say that I am pleased with the quality of this bolster. The back piece is a great height, much higher than I expected, and the cushion is firm without being uncomfortable. It is also plenty long. I am only 5’4”, but a much taller and heavier person than me (150 lbs) would be well supported. The Velcro connecting the two cushions is good quality and plentiful to enable good positioning. My one disappointment is the smallish size of the front cushion. I get migraines if I end up sleeping on my back and a spinal fusion means I can’t sleep on my stomach. I was really hoping this would keep me on my side, as I often end up on my back during the night. The front cushion, even when I Velcroed it into position snug up against my front, is just too small. I end up over to top of it, canted, but still laying on the back of my head. That said, the great thing about having this system of two cushions connected as these are, I do find, is the back cushion will stay tight and supportive against my bad back, prevented from sliding out of place by the smaller cushion on my front side, to which it is connected by a piece of fabric. It doesn’t stay while I’m sleeping, but it does serve its intended purpose while I read a book or watch something on my phone. I didn’t realize how great it would be to be able to fully relax into a backrest without it constantly skittering away. I absolutely LOVE the back cushion, so I’m not giving up on turning this into the side sleeper system I need. I have a larger triangle wedge on another set of positioning cushions that I rarely use. I’m going to get some industrial Velcro for it, and I think it will be perfect. I know a lot of people mention smell with these kinds of products; I noticed none. It came bound up super tight (and tiny) in plastic sealed with sooo much tape I had to laugh. However, we live in rural Alaska, so a little bit of extra waterproofing is never unappreciated. I very carefully liberated it and gave it a day to poof up while I washed and air dried the covers. Although I’m bummed about the front cushion and knocked off a star for it, I still feel like the quality of the back cushion, the cover fabric and Velcro quality, and the construction give you decent value for your money.

Unfortunately, disappointing. A huge FLOP (pun intended).
I was extremely excited to incorporate this wedge pillow into my routine, but it doesn't contain memory foam. Instead it has a thick chunk of hard, cheap foam. Everything has a Velcro attachment and zipper, which I can see as to why that might be, but honestly does everything have to have velcro on it?! It's quite annoying. The cover is to oversized and doesn't fit the pillow snug. I was under the impression for the pillow if that you want to call it. To me it's cheap foam and the cover looks like it was made in Home Economics by a high school student. I was expecting a wedge pillow that was built in together like one big pillow, but this is the complete opposite. It's an eye sorer and if you care about comfort and aesthetics than isn't such a good option for you, especially if you have back problems. The cloth "wedge pillow case" has way too many zippers and velcro if you ask me. I tried, I really tried to give this item the benefit of the doubt, but it's just plain outright ridiculous looking, uncomfortable. The color was a nice grey, but it didn't outshine all of its shortcomings.Note: It comes vacuum sealed so it's small until you unwrap it and then let it breath and expand. The only reason I gave this a 2-star and not 1- star is because of the size and color.

Versatile and Comfortable
Unfortunately as I get older I find it hard to maintain a comfortable position while sleeping. This was just the ticket. The two sections attach with velcro and can be positioned really any way the user wants for maximum comfort. This will be a part of my sleep regime for a long time to come. Thanks.

Not worth the money
I had hip replacement surgery and I have low back pain. Surprisingly, this gadget made my pain worse every which way I tried to use it.

Not practical for sleep
I wanted so much to love this. My grandpa has a tough time rolling over and getting comfortable in his bed. He also has a hard time getting up. I thought this would be a great solution to help him sleep against it but the contoured shape is completely wrong no matter which way we use it.It does help to lift him up a bit to get something under him to help him sit up, which makes it a bit easier than trying to roll him ourselves.
