Base - Athlete’s Multivitamin Replacement - Joint Health, Brain Health, and Liver Detox - 30 Servings - Unflavored

For quite some time I had been taking a multivitamin from Optimum Nutrition which I was never sure was doing me any good or not but was told I needed one. However, the more research I had done I started to realize that multivitamins aren't really doing me any good because all of the recent data being released shows they do not truly make you healthier. I then began searching for another supplement that I felt I could truly benefit from and feel better while taking it. My next supplement after ditching the multivitamin was a curcumin product made with the same curcumin extract in Evertrain's Base and I found a lot of success with it. I suffer from osteoarthritis and this took away the pain I suffed from at night and became a staple for me. After my last physical I realized I also need things that can help with other issues that I have such as macular degeneration from staring at a computer monitor for decades and bone density issues from a low DEXA scan. After buying numerous other separate supplements and searching for MENAQ7 and Vitamin K2 I discovered Evertain Base and realized it had everything in it that I was currently looking for plus a few things that I have now researched and fell in love with. I get the same pain relief I got from my curcumin product. I was paying over $100 for everything I was buying at one point and at $30 this product is an absolute steal as $1 per day is worth the peace of mind. I have been taking Base now for two months (first time I bought from their site and this time from Prime) and I can honestly tell a difference in my joint pain, my night vision, and I feel generally better. I am anxious to see if Evertrain will come out with more whole body health products that meet my budget and health needs. Kudos to Evertain for a great product!!

I applaud EverTrain for designing a daily supplement to aid the needs of athletes/active people. I have been using this in conjunction with my multi (RAW Men's 1 Daily), but will soon be only taking this product. Overall, I am happy with the list of ingredients and their stated benefits. My only concern is this product is missing a few items, I feel are a necessity to active people. Specifically - Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc (also Folic Acid would be a good add). Sure, you can take these supplements in addition to, but that defeats the purpose. Overall, this is a great product and is much more beneficial than a traditional Multi, but could add the above 3 items to make it next level. PrimaVie says it contains 'over 40 minerals', but at the dosage it cannot be of any substantial benefit.

This pill is a powerhouse for health and performance. I absolutely love it and I love this brand. I found Evertrain on Instagram and have been taking their products for 3 months now. I started with Post and their protein product mainly because it had ingredients in it to boost immunity and it was flu season. After tasting their sour apple Post I ended up buying the entire system to give Base a try and to give the preworkout to my significant other. The System of products is so simple. Base is essential to the entire system and provides heart, eye, brain, bone, and muscle benefits while also improving my liver health. The kicker is that base amplifies the effectiveness of each product in their system. After engaging with the Evertrain team on Instagram they really did take the guesswork out of my supplement routine which is appreciated. I am sticking with them purely out of their engagement with me and the fact they actually care.

Evertrain did a great job with BASE. I’ve taken a lot of multi-vitamins in my day and this is the first time I’ve ever seen (or taken) a daily pill that actually promised to help me train better while also promising to be everything a multi-vitamin is not. Since I've had some time to take th list product for about a week now and see how it has an impact on me I'd like to give it my approval! EVERTRAIN BASE has made it convenient for me to get my daily vitamins, and energy from one source. The B vitamins really give me a good boost of energy in the mornings, and I have noticed small things like my beard and nails growing faster than when I was taking my run of the mill daily vitamin. So I think the ingredients In this multi are of high quality! This is one that I wI'll be buying again.

I have been taking this product for about half a month and it says it helps eyes ,heart etc... Well I have notice my blood pressure ( which is high and I take medication for) has improved even with the meds I'm taking, also around this time of year my eyes swell and water up alot....I have not had those problems this....Just overall I feel a healthy improvement with this supplement.

Trying out new multi-vitamins and I was excited to try this one. However; the container they use to contain the vitamins is really poorly made. Once you open it there is a super strong plastic smell that the vitamins end up absorbing. It smells bad and when you take the vitamins you can taste the plastic. I'm no stranger to supplements and I have tried so many different types. This is first time the container's smell has actually created a taste on the pills. Won't be ordering again.
