Star brite Instant Black Streak Remover - Dissolve Grease, Oil, Smoke & Exhaust Stains on Fiberglass, Vinyl, Metal, Plastic & Painted Surfaces - Spray On, Wipe Off

Bought this for my 2019 Rv. It had so many black water stains that I couldn’t get off with anything. This stuff melted the stains away. I sprayed it on and just wiped and they were gone a few stains I had to lightly scrub but i totally recommend this product if you have stains on gutters, vehicles or just about anything this will do the job.

This black streak remover is a lifesaver! It works quickly and effortlessly to clean those tough streaks off my RV. Spray it on, wipe it off, and the surface looks like new. With that being said, it sometimes takes a few applications and some elbow grease for really stubborn old streaks. It’s a must-have for anyone dealing with grime. Highly recommend it!

This solution worked great on my trailer—actually so good that instead of black streaks, I had white streaks! I did not know that the rest of my trailer was dingy! I had to apply the solution to the whole area, and now it looks like new. Be careful when spraying. You have to cover the whole surface and spread even, otherwise you will have white streaks instead. Still, it works great.Watch for the sprayer nozzle they are attaching to use. It does not match the thread. I spilled half of the bottle.

Good stuff but you really have to scrub hard. Still didn’t take all the black streaks off

Bought an 11 year old RV and no truck wash or regular car wash approach would get these streaks off the fiberglass cabover area. One spray, wait 30 seconds, and wipe and they came right off. Picture shows left half done, right half was what it all looked like before.

I've used just about every cleaner/degreaser that's availabe on the consumer market...and this stuff is among the highest concentration of harsh chemicals that I've ever seen reccommended for a painted surface. VERY strong stuff. If you follow the manufacturers instructions (or heck, even if you dillute this stuff and leave in on for 5 seconds vs the reccommended 30 secs) you are definitely stripping away any/all top coat surface polish or wax. This stuff takes away ALL surface protection on the fiberglass, metal, or composite RV paint. GONE! Don't be amazed at how this stuff 'miraculously' removes black streaks. It's removing EVERYTHING from your paint! If you don't follow up with polish & wax after "washing" your camper with this product then you won't be able to restore the shine that it once had. Especially after a full Summer of your camper being in the sun completely unprotected to the fading effects of the sun. I understand why people want to believe in this stuff because I, personally, tried at least a half-dozen dry wash, surface-safe cleaners, or spot detailers in an attempt to remove black streaks...none of them worked at all. So before I set out to wash and polish my camper I thought would try this stuff. It immediately dulled the section I used Black Streak Remover on, and using a Ph balanced foam wash afterwards didn't help. That area was STRIPPED, plain and simple. No shine left on the area that once held a nice Adam's polish & wax. But honestly, after 2 minutes of using this product from Star Brite without any gloves on I could already tell this product contains some seriously surface-UNsafe chemicals. My fingernail cuticles were on fire after getting a little of this stuff on my hands! OH YEAH, it'll remove some black streaks from your paint!!

My white sliding glass doors are next to a wood-burning fireplace and they had so many streaks from the smoke!!! I tried everything--but the right thing. THIS is the right thing. It wiped off the smoke like magic! Buy two!!!

This stuff is powerful so don’t get it on anything else but what you are trying to clean as it will leave spots and etches. I believe it works best on newer rvs with the better clear coating but older ones like mine it will take the “shine” and colors off if you get too aggressive. It definitely removes the black streaks- just be very careful with it or you remove the shine or dull you colors.
