Cemelast 100 Tanking Kit: Elasticised Tanking for Basements, Walls, Floors and other applications

Description

The Cemelast 100 Tanking Kit can also be used as an anti-carbonation coating as part of a concrete repair system (complies with EN1504-2 as a surface protection system for concrete). The kit contains 18Kg of Vandex Cemelast Powder, 4.5Kg of Cemelast Liquid, together with an application brush. The Cemelast Liquid and Cemelast Powder are simply mixed together using a mechanical mixing paddle (drill attachment) before use. The combination of the cementitious Cemelast Powder with the polymer-based Cemelast Liquid results in a tanking slurry that benefits from enhanced adhesion and flexibility. Each kit contains enough to cover up to 11m2 for above ground use against dampness and up to 4.5m2 for below ground waterproofing applications.The Cemelast 100 Tanking Kit is usually applied using the brush provided. However it can also be applied using a trowel or specialist mortar spraying equipment (please contact our technical department for details). Application of two or more layers is recommended with a maximum coverage of 4 Kg/m2 per layer (see instructions).
