Like this UMP protein a lot First has great taste. No funky after taste. Mixes well, no lumps or clumps. Can use with Mike or water, mixes the same. I do use a mix bottle that has the ball to help stir, have not tried just with a spoon to stir. After weight lifting this is a great addition to sustain the muscle build and fatigue the next day Been using for about a year now after son recommended. I am an older adult, so I don't know if there would be different results for under 50 group. Will continue to purchased
