The cookies are great, but came all broken. I think it is on Amazon rather than the manufacturers to package them better during delivery (it is true that unlike potato chips, there is no air inside the cookie bag). We buy these same cookies in the US in an Italian store and they are fine. Amazon did not add any air packages, just threw them into a thin package.

The packaging was sub par and the cookies arrived crumbled. Really like the product but packaging needs to protect the cookies.

May I suggest to the owner of the company Mulino Bianca directly: If your cookies are being shipped to another country, have them in a container that keeps the cookies intact. I only found less than 10 cookies that were whole and the rest were broken. I would truly have wanted to enjoy dipping them in my coffee. Thank you!

The one start is for the packing. Cookies are delicious but the packing that Amazon uses for transit is not the best. It’s great that you can buy such a yummy product but the packing needs to change or don’t offer delicate products like these that will arrive crumbled. You will be disappointed when you open the bag and see all the pieces and crumbs.

The cookies are fine, but they arrived completely broken up because the packaging was insufficient. I had to throw them away.

They were shipped in a simple envelope and arrived as breadcrumbs!!! Seriously??
