If you want it for flat foot ,, pass and dont get it
My regular size is 42 and this is smaller than my size I feel its very normal nothing related to flat foot ,, just a small curve and dont feel comfortable my old flat foot was way way comfy For me it was waste of money cuz i wanted it for my flat foot ,, for regular people it will be fine
