Rowan Magazine, Multi-Coloured, Small

Brilliant magazine lots of tops etc I'm going to make for the winter .

Oodles of lovely patterns, beautifully presented

I have been buying and knitting from Rowan Knitting magazines since I was a teenager, but I must admit that over the last few years there have been fewer and fewer designs in the magazines that I feel I would actually knit - and have instead been buying Kim Hargreaves' knitting books (Kim was one of the main designers at Rowan for many years before she set up on her own). I did purchase Rowan Magazine Number 59, but I have hesitated over this latest magazine (number 60) - there are one or two designs that have caught my eye (namely 'Brodie' a loose-fit intarsia technique sweater patterned with multicoloured diamonds and knitted in several different shades of Rowan's Felted Tweed; and 'Glen' a Fair Isle style cardigan - again knitted in Felted Tweed) - but the other designs don't really attract me and so I might just decide to give this one a miss. However, that's purely my opinion - others may find several designs they would like to knit, which would make it worth them paying the cover price - and if you want to see all of the patterns in the book before making your own decision, then do visit Rowan's website. Alternatively English Yarns based in Shoreham, West Sussex, have an easily navigable website where you'll be able to see all of the patterns in detail and they also sell the materials needed to knit the designs.3 Stars.

Es maravillosa, con modelos preciosos y muy elegantes. Además, las instrucciones, aunque están en inglés, son muy fáciles de seguir.
