Keto friendly MCT oil. Claims to sustain energy, support brain power, stamina and recovery, reduce cravings and gut health. Label indicates it it keto friendly, naturally derived and Non-GMO. As well as Egg, Dairy, Soy and Gluten Free. The bottle contained 100 softgels. I have been on the Keto diet for a while and have found the useful during the day at work when I would normally get a snack. Not the I really needed anything but was use to having a sugar fix. These do seem to help overcome that and with energy. Overall seemed to be a decent product and a decent value for the cost.

This is a great way to get MCT Oil in a softgel instead of the oil form. It is easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It is also 3rd party tested, which is good to know.

Naturally Derived Caprylic C8 is one of the essential nutrients you want in MCT oils and is found here with a simple daily dose to get what you need. My only issue was the elevated price of this versus other MCT oil products found on amazon.

I think a lot of people have tried the Bulletproof Coffee where you add butter to your coffee or MCT oil to your coffee. However, that leaves a greasy feeling to your coffee. If you don't like the butter in your coffee or the MCT oil in your coffee this is the next best thing. Take one of these first thing in the morning and I have energy for the day!

I misread the product description when ordering these. The best MCT oils are C10 and C12 and I've got some other products that I'd rather use than these.

This MTC oil in pill form works very well, easy to swallow, great for cardio health. I love that I can add this to my daily vitamin intake

Have tried many methods for getting MCT oil - these capsules are a super easy, non-messy format. There is a very subtle sweet taste to the softgels. They are easy to swallow, and only one is needed for a serving. Have been taking a few weeks and nothing unpleasant to report.

This seems to be a good quality MCT Oil so far.- Softgels are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is decent- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
