Heard and read some things about travel in Europe and the need to take precautions regarding belongings including having your cell phone out perhaps while taking pictures...easy to grab. Bought these for our phones and gives you the confidence of not having to worry. I mean...they'd have to cut your wrist off to get your phone and most pick-pockets aren't into extreme surgery just to get a phone. ;-)

My kids have dropped my phone far too many times. This helps keep them from dropping it and also so helps when I have my hands full with them.

It's simple to add to your case but depending on the case and having this installed it can make getting a power plug in the phone very tight or block it entirely. The short strap ended up being handier than the lanyard. I felt like someone was less likely to grab my phone out of my hand with the loop tightened over my wrist.

Used this on our trip to New Orleans. It worked great and didn't have any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I got a 2-pack for a trip to Europe, after hearing about the prevalence of pickpockets. We liked the product and alternated between the wristlet and the long tether. It was nice to have a secure and hands free option to hold our phones. The tether is long enough to wear cross-body or stick the phone in a pocket when not in use.Unfortunately, the D-ring that is attached to the base (where you hook the tether) is not closed and opens too easily. After 3 days, the ring came off. I put it back, but by the end of the day I realized that the ring and wristlet were entirely lost. I was able to push the clasp for the tether through the fabric loop of the base, so I would still have some protection for the rest of our trip.It's a good concept, but the D-ring should be stronger. I suggest either adding a drop of superglue to seal the D-ring opening, or swap it out with a keyring type of loop.

It is well made, secure. Better other styles. So far I’m happy with it.

The lanyard is quite thick, but seems durable. It's soft and comfortable. The little loop/tab where you attach the lanyard does not appear to be super strong. Not sure how durable it will be. Seems good for now, but time will tell!The little sticky attachment, likewise, does not appear to be as robust as I expected. But at least it fits well, does not obstruct the charging port at all.

Handy lanyard to keep phone safe. Likely best looped onto purse handle vs worn on neck. Found iPhone quite heavy on my neck but to secure it to something would work well to avoid theft.
