This is an excellent product, very good quality. The design is perfect that the HDD fits nicely and firmly inside it. You can use the same cable they send (USB 3 to USB C), but it also works with USB-C to C cables. Compatible with both Mac and Windows, seamless connectivity and no installation required. Just for Mac, remember that your HDD must be formatted in FAT or exFAT, as it will not recognise NTFS, but this has nothing to do with PiBox; it's an OS-level thing. I'm mentioning it here because some non-techies may have face this issue.

Good Product and value for money. It has decent amount of read and write speed for an M.2 SSD. They provided an extra carry case.Cable quality also goods.Outer case needs some extra plastic quality.

Ordered the blue one so that I can convert my old laptop's internal ssd to my personal external ssd. The product is in extremely good quality also along with the carrying case. Mobile stand was given as freebie which was a nice gesture. The installation is easy and the speeds are as it should be with usb 3.1 port connectivity. Had no compatibility issue with my windows pc. Got some extremely portable and premium look to it. Kudos to the company for the great product!!

Excellent enclosure and appreciable attention to detail. The connectivity is great, I got it because it is easily connectable to Type-C ports. I use it on my Macbook Air and Pro and it functions perfectly. The speed is also great for the price.The product is very easy to use, the sliding to open feature is great, you just need to be careful and gentle with frequent swaps.The quality is high, and the brand provides a cable, a carrying case, a free phone stand in the bundle for this price! Uses genuine Realtek chip. Data transfer is very fast. Overall very good product. Only complaint - case is made of soft plastic that bends and flexes easily. Manufacturer should switch to higher quality plastic like acrylic or polycarbonate.Seller included some extra free gifts - a case for the drive and a mobile phone stand. Both were not good quality and waste of money. Seller should reduce the price instead of including unwanted and cheap free gifts.

My PC stopped working after plugging the pibox in. Now its stuck in a bootloop. Really bad quality product by PiBox
