Card were open with the all the good cards removed
Open the like new used box and all the packs were open all the good cards were gone and some of the packs were missing some cards

The box came with the promo card removed and each pack cut open with the last 2 cards from the packs removed. There were even other commons from other sets to fill the cards back up.
