Q: Is this decaf swiss water processed?

I paid nearly double for this coffee vs. my standard 8 o'clock decaf specifically because the Amazon listing states it is Swiss Water processed. My package does not have the label shown on the Amazon listing, nor does it say anything anywhere about being swiss water processed. I called SF Bay and got a message no one was available to answer my call. In this day & age of consumer demand regarding food ingredients and such this is kind of unacceptable. I will not purchase again without a definitive confirmation that this is indded swiss water processed decaf coffee.

The water process uses water from the pristine environment off of the coast mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free. Q: I am wondering why the last two bags of the decaf espresso roast was filled with more crumbled beans than whole beans. what’s up with that?

Sometimes they get crushed , shipping or storage but it's not like anyone is trying to put you out .. Accidents happen, I would be more worried about holes and not having the coffee than crushed beans .. However SFBay is a great company to deal with because they just want you to enjoy the product from start to finish..
