I mainly use it to peel potatoes, a job which has become more difficult now that arthritis has spread to my hands. This peeler makes it so much easier and and leaves a lot more potato than I do lol.There is still a little trimming to do but the process is quicker and more efficient, and less painful.Just a little awkward to clean but the effort is worthwhile.

This is my second one my first one broke after a jar fell on it braking the blade jarm of last week .This is one my goto gadgets it's do not leave to much mess my first one had for 2 years . Hatless I got a adapter with it this time a very good gadget .

My first impression of this item was wow! So easy less work for me I have trouble with my hands and now find peeling potatoes impossible so I bought this and I loved it peeled 5 potatoes and then it broke the bottom spike was no longer turning and I could here whatever it was supposed to be connected to rattling around in the base when I lifted the unit. Sending back for a refund. Massively disappointed.

Rubbish, only peels if you have the perfect potatoe, stops and jams up at any lumps, keeps clogging waste of money

It works well with baked potatoes size potatoes, so I now buy bigger potatoes. I just need to trim top and bottom of the potatoes, which is easier on my arthritis and allows me to eat fresh food even when struggling with fatigue and pain with my poor health.
