I used this to flavor buttercream and it tastes incredible. I had been using whole freeze dried strawberries before and grinding them myself, this was so much more convenient. Overall very high quality.

I have ordered a number of fruit powders and they always smell fantastic, but underwhelm in terms of strength of flavor. This is no different. When you open the bag it's amazingly overwhelming. However, the flavor is nowhere near as strong.It doesn't give you instructions in terms of how much is equivalent to strawberry, so it takes a little trial and error to get the flavor you want.Hope that helps.

I am impressed with the quality and delicious flavor of this freeze dried strawberry mix. I added some to a strawberry cheesecake and it significantly improved the taste. I also add it to my smoothies and it really enhances the strawberry flavor. I recommend this product.

This is good strawberry powder, and I was a little surprised at how "really strawberry" it smells when opened. The flavor was good, but not as potent as I would have liked, and I feel like I need to add quite a bit to my smoothies to notice it. With some sweetener, and a lot of this powder, it does make for a tasty smoothie though.

It's easy to add too much of this in smoothies. I find that I have to add a little extra to get a good strawberries taste, but be careful because the whole bag has more than 800 calories! This is more of a convenience product so I don't have to keep fresh strawberries in my fridge and worry about when they will go bad. My freezer also has no room so I can't store any frozen strawberries in it. This freeze dried powder is thus the next best thing for me since shelf life is insanely long as long as you protect it from moisture.

I can tell the difference of this powder and real strawberries. It has a nice flavor, but I can tell the difference.- It is pretty expensive, so I don't think I'd buy it again for my smoothies. Frozen off brand strawberries are cheaper, so I'll just use them in the future.
