I keep trying to give a good account of what improvements that taking this product can form as part of the ongoing issues with gut health.For some reasons the guidelines appear to be very stringent, so i can only really say that we have a real need to improve gut health in a couple of family members and this is a product that puts us in the right direction.Its a product we are happy to take and will continue to do so with other similar products in the future.

I was a little unsure how effective these would be. Yes its good including a pre biotic (which helps feed the good bacteria) but if you are used to taking pre biotics you will know that these capsules could only contain a small amount of whats needed. The range of bacteria is also limited and the price seems high for 15 days of treatment.

These tick all the boxes. Easy to take, no after taste, and a month's supply at a reasonable price.

I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you.A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else.The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from N2 Natural Nutrition ticks the right boxes.This particular product requires you to take two capsules per day, rather than two, which is quite common for this type of product. At two capsules a day this pack equates to a 15 day supply.I am not the best at swallowing capsules. These are of standard capsule size and haven't caused me overly great issues with swallowing them.At the current price of £8.95 for 60 tablets these work out at around 60p per day, which is not excessively priced.I have used and reviewed a number of good quality probiotics that have come in at around the 60p per day cost level, which seems to be a fairly decent benchmark cost. On that basis, these are a decent find - providing they suit your individual system, as I mentioned earlier.Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do. These have worked pretty well for me. I certainly haven't had any adverse reaction (unsettled stomach, etc) and my system has been nicely regular.With that being the case this is certainly one that I would be happy to continue to use in the future and I hope you find these comments helpful.

It's always tricky to tell when a product like this is working but I seem to have slightly better digestion when taking these pre/probiotics. There are 30 capsules in the bottle I got which is about a fortnight's supply with the recommended 2 capsules a day, this isn't ideal but is at least a reasonable cost at £8 a bottle which is in line with other similar products I've tried.The capsules are easy to swallow and I'd be happy to buy them again.
