Dersie Batana Oil: Organic Batana Oil from Honduras - 100% Pure & Natural (4 fl oz)

I'm about 75% through my bottle and I do feel like it's helping with my hair's strength and growth. I use it as part of my pre-shampoo routine, massaging it into my scalp along with my other oils and serums. My hair has gotten softer and stronger, which is a big deal since it's been color treated and regularly heat styled. I have a lot of hair, but the strands are fine, so I need products that strengthen without weighing it down, and this does exactly that. It smells like coffee to me, which I personally enjoy. The scent isn't too strong or headache-inducing, even when I let it sit in my hair for a while. It washes out easily with my double shampoo routine and leaves my hair feeling clean, moisturized, shiny and soft. Even my mom loves it now. The applicator is a win. It makes it easy to apply directly to my scalp without the mess that other oils cause. I also appreciate that it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or coated. It just sinks in and does its job. Batana oil is known for helping with scalp health, reducing breakage, improving shine and supporting hair growth, and I feel like this one really delivers on all of that. It's been a great addition to my routine!

I saw ads for this oil and wanted help with moisture and split ends. It's only been about a week or so and I am happy with the results. I use it every other day and I have noticed my hair is less dry, softer, shinier, smoother, easier to comb and I swear it's already showing signs of growth. The only downside is that it really does smell like coffee pee lol. Literally like when you urinate after drinking coffee which is hilarious. The smell goes away after a while so dont worry. I highly recommend this product for someone trying to improve their hair health.

I bought this because they say it helps with hair growth. My hair hasn’t grown any faster but I will continue to use it. I do like the nutty smell though.

I saw this oil advertised to help hair growth. My hair has thinned out quite a bit in the last several years and I thought this would help - it was worth a try. After a few months of nightly application to my scalp, I have noticed new hair growth . My stylist noticed it too. It has not helped with the thin hair problem, but I do see the new hair growth. It's not expensive and worth a try for you. Note, you can't expect this or anything to work overnight so be patient. I started using this in September and now it's March, I still have 1/2 a bottle left. Just a few drops at a time on my fingertips and I massage it into my scalp at night. Easy to do and takes a couple of minutes. The smell is like coffee but goes away in minutes.

So I got this and it did make my hair softer, kept it moisturized, and not as nappy, I think I had less breakage as well.It was just a little watery. But after doing research I realized this is not 100% Batana oil it’s heavily mixed with something else. Might have Batana in it I’m not sure. But at room temperature Batana oil is solid and it will melt from u touching it

It works as a nice leave-on conditioner too. Noticed some baby hairs sprouting where it’s applied after a few weeks of diligent use. Hopefully it keeps going. Smell is hit and miss with people because it smells similar to coffee ur*ne. As in when you go after drinking some coffee. Some can find this smell offensive some won’t. More-so a coffee scented dessert but stronger like what i mentioned. Apologies for the graphic description. 🤣 Thought this needed to be mentioned clearly.

Very friendly and helpful seller. Great communication. Excellent packaging for both the bottle and the tub. No leaks or spills. Each item arrived neatly in a sealed box within the Amazon box. I had never used Batana oil on my hair and I wish I had discovered it sooner. I love the texture of both the liquid oil and the solid oil. I apply the liquid oil directly to my scalp and massage the solid oil throughout my long hair. The liquid and the solid both wash out easily when I shampoo. There is an initial "coffee" type of aroma when I apply the solid oil but this smell dissipates quickly and I do not walk around throughout the day smelling like a cup of coffee. It is amazing how my hair glistens with Dersie Batana Oils. My hair feels smooth, full and healthy. My hair is its natural color. I do not dye or use any chemical or heat treatments on my hair so these Batana oils really maximize the natural attributes of my virgin hair. Any oil that I may have left over on my hands, I rub into the backs of my hands and my arms... waste none of this great product! I look forward this excellent product line for years to come.

I love this oil.. it has a strange but not unpleasant smell which disappears quickly. I’m 52 menopausal with naturally curly long hair and olive skin tone and in the last year I can feel a difference in my hair thickness and quality, I’m an ex hairstylist and always taken really good care of my hair but this had been difficult to deal with and quite depressing as I’ve always had fine but thick hair.. I use a lot of natural oils, nut butters and essential oils i make up myself but have nerves heard of this oil and whilst my combination are great conditioners, I’ve not noticed an improvement in hair thickness or quality. This oil absorbed really well and if you don’t over apply you wouldn’t really notice and I definitely would as the texture of my hair is fine so easily weighed down by heavy product but this oil is very good and the nozzle allows you to dispense small amounts of oil, I rub it into my fingers then disperse as evenly as I can on my roots and massage in for a short time to stimulate blood and I’m applying every other day.. if you’re looking a brilliant moisturising oil I highly recommend caster oil, while it’s consistency would have you believe otherwise, it’s the best hair conditioner, I frequently put some into my regular conditioner and if my ends need a pick me up I’ll rub a tsp into my hands and through my ends and my curls are lovely for days, not sticky, clumpy or heavy.. Also whilst my skin has always been really soft without the need for regular moisturising that’s no longer the case, I need to moisturise most places now and regularly, especially my face and neck so decided to try this oil out on my skin also, just to see and I’m glad I did, I apply it overnight and I have noticeably reduced fine lines and silky smooth skin all day long. Great multi use oil that’s very effective..

Early Days, Promising Results I've been using Dersie Batana Oil for just under two weeks, and I'm already seeing some positive changes in my hair. I've struggled with thinning hair for a while, and I'm excited about the early signs of improvement. My hair feels noticeably thicker and has a healthier shine. While it's too early to say for sure if it will bring back the fullness I've lost, I'm encouraged by the progress so far. The oil itself is a pleasant experience. The scent is subtly natural and doesn't overpower. I also appreciate the focus on natural ingredients, which is important for me. It's still early days, and I'll be sure to provide an update after using Dersie Batana Oil for a longer period. But based on the initial results, I'm optimistic about the potential for this oil to make a real difference in my hair health.

It’s a great oil and I love the bottle. Easier to use with the nozzle.
