Works Great For Harris BiPod
I bought this for my Harris bipod, and it works so much better than the little plastic knob that Harris includes. Makes adjustments quick and easy.

Not perfect, but does what it should
It does lock the pivot function on my Caldwell XLA bipod down tight under a pretty heavy gun.I read that out of the box you couldn't get the caldwell to lock by the little circlular knob, they were right. This does the job with suprisingly little effort, I almost feel like I could overclamp it by accident, alot of torque in that ~1" handle.The handle is metal which is nice, but it does have a little wiggle to it, which isn't nice.No directions provided. Overall, we're all buying this part to save money over something name brand. It's not perfect but it does what it's supposed to for less than anyone else's product.

A must have for your bipod.
I hated my harris bipod! Now I love it. Level it with my bubble and tighten this lever and it doesn't move. The lever is metal and was easy to install. Remove the bolt and cap from the bipod, making sure the pin behind doesn't fall out. Put on the new cap and thread the lever on. Once it is completely tight, bipod doesn't swivel, undo the screw on the lever, don't lose the spring, take lever off and place it going down. Put screw and spring back in and pull lever up to loosen and down to tighten.

Good cheap upgrade
Good upgrade for the money. Didnt tighten down all the way but it was much better than the factory knurled nut. When pulling back on it to adjust the tension, the lever tilts up a little causing it to bind a bit. OPINION: This is a design flaw and it should be 90 if not slightly acute so the lever will pull straight out back.

Serviceable
For the price it works well. There is a little slack in the gears. It is definitely made in China unless US manufacturers print Chinese lettering on their boxes. Made in China no matter what the vendor states.
