Unboxed it a bit smaller than I expected lunch box size. It takes at least 30 min to warm the bed but it is a king size bed. Consumes 500 Watts so running it on a 15 Amp circuit not a problem. I do wish the two 3 foot hoses were 5 ft long this would be better. build quality seems OK for all plastic how long will it last time will tell.

We were looking for affordable options for patient warming systems to use in a vet tech program. This product works well for our needs on the two lowest settings and I love the auto off option so we don't walk away and forget about it. While any device can cause patient harm if not used correctly, we use this similarly to a bair hugger and we have noticed a huge difference with warming our cold post-op patients.

My bf is always cold and using space heaters in the bed. He loves this jet pack of heat.

This is too loud to sleep peacefully. The hoses are also too short.
