Hi - For this Sweetdrops Variety Pack the ingredients are : The Chocolate has Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water, Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Chocolate Extract, Water Soluble Dietary Fiber. The Vanilla has Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water, Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Vanilla Extract, Water Soluble Dietary Fiber. The Caramel Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water, Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Caramel Flavors, Water Soluble Dietary Fiber.

Q: Does this need to be refrigerated after opening like some of the other liquid stevia products do? The back of the bottle doesn’t show in the photo.

I don't think so. However, I do not like these as well as another brand I found (more expensive of course, but no aftertaste)

Q: Can you use these drops in baking or is it just to flavor enhance coffee, water, etc?

I have not tried using them in baking. I am not to sure they would add enough favoring. but I do use them in my coffee. they are very good to me!!
