Very comfy
Works great, fits comfortably, is very soft. I'm able to get it off by myself if need be (providing I have the keys with me) and the lock is totally optional to it working as intended. Overall very happy with this product and can't wait to use it!

5☆ product, 2☆ packaging
This is a really well made item. Zero complaints about the item, itself.The problem arises due to the way it's packaged, stored and shipped. It is literally folded in half. This causes the leather in the "crease" to stretch. When unfolded there is a huge bump where the fold was (see pix).We'll see if this fixes itself over time, but I'm not holding my breath.

Comfortable for my girlfriend.
My girlfriend loves playing with this collar. It's comfortable and doesn't pinch. Not too sure about pulling the chain too hard because I don't fully trust the durability.
