Taste great and helps my supply!
I love these drinks so much!! They taste great and I really feel like they help boost my supply. I was put on a steroid for a sinus infection and it killed my supply. Between these and some lactation bites it’s back to where it was!!

Great Hydration, Average/Mediocre Taste, and Awfully Expensive
I found that Great Than’s Strawberry Lemonade natural hydration for mom and family in the flavor strawberry lemonade was great for keeping me hydrated, not adding unnecessary sugar, and giving me a refreshing energy boost to my day. I am currently not a mom, and I am currently not breastfeeding, but I do have two autoimmune disorders that affect my immune system (duh), hydration levels, hypertension, blood flow and pressure, and so forth. I say this because I’m constantly having to find new ways to hydrate myself. I have no issues with water, but when you’re being told to drink more than 70 ounces of water a day on top of having little to no caffeine and your normal drinking habits with meals and such (juices, Powerade, Gatorade, etc.), you can’t help but get bored and want to find something new. This product was recommended to me by a friend who is also not a mom or breastfeeding due to its levels of electrolytes, as well as its sources of potassium and sodium, and I’m thrilled with the results. The product itself is intended to help mothers who face dehydration since it is a major issue that most women deal with during pregnancy. Coming from somebody who already has dehydration problems, and most likely will suffer more intense issues when motherhood does come around, I highly recommend this product. I'm currently not in a state of mind where I'm worried about my sugar intake, but another positive of this product is that it has 0g of sugar and is 32% fruit juice. Now, let’s get to the cons. While it does, do what it's supposed to, the taste is not for everyone. It is on the bitter side and doesn’t taste exactly like strawberry lemonade. Again, because I was looking for something for hydration purposes, and not a low sugar intake, I did buy a pack of strawberry lemonade water powder flavorings from my local Walmart. I added that to 8 ounces of water and 8 ounces of this for a total of 16 ounces per serving and it helped a lot. The other huge negative is the pricing. It is expensive. I wouldn't say that it's entirely not worth it if you get the results you're looking for, but even with a 15% discount from the subscribe and save situation, you're still looking at almost $34 for 24 servings according to the label. It was definitely a great try for a one-time thing, but for now, I'm going to stick with Powerade and Gatorade, as well as water and different flavor powder packets, to get the hydration and electrolytes that I need. I definitely recommend trying it at least one time for those that are curious, and I would add it to your subscribe and save, and then delete it off any future orders after the first order is delivered in the event that it doesn't meet expectations, that way you at least get it for the cheapest opportunity. I hope this helps!!:)or a one time thing, but for now I'm going to stick with Powerade and Gatorade, as well as water and different flavor powder packets, to get the hydration and electrolytes that I need. I hope this helps!!:)

Great taste!
It is pricey but when it works it doesn’t matter to me! Love all the flavors and how easily I can stay hydrated while breastfeeding.

Ingredients & Flavor Changed
When I began ordering this last year as a new mom, I loved it, and I've continued to drink it post breastfeeding because I enjoyed the simple ingredients and that the flavor wasn't overpoweringly sweet. It was also great for an electrolyte boost on the days I knew I was busy and wasn't focused on staying properly hydrated. However, when I received my subscription this month, I noticed an immediate taste difference, not for the better. I compared the list of ingredients on the new packaging to an old carton and was incredibly disappointed to see the list of ingredients almost doubled in size, and that the amount of sugar per serving is approximately double what it was previously. Packaging size was also different, which wasn't hugely inconvenient, but seems like it could be more wasteful from an environmental standpoint since they're individual servings now. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription because I'm not comfortable consuming this while pregnant or giving it to my kids with the added cane sugar and ingredients that aren't easily pronounced. It's unfortunate to see something that was previously delightful change for the worse. However, I would absolutely purchase again if the ingredients were simplified to what they were previously.

Great taste and keeps you hydrated!
I was surprised by the taste of these, especially during my pregnancy and while breastfeeding! They were so good and were so hydrating during those long nights of breastfeeding or during the days when I wasn’t able to get up and eat or drink anything, so I’d keep a case in a mini fridge by my bed. I had to threaten my husband about them bc he loved them as well 😂

Always runs out
I have been drinking this during all my pregnancies and after, it really delicious and tasty. The only bad thing it’s that they run out pretty fast.
