How does this have both low and high beams of the bulb only has 2 contacts?

The H7 bulb that this kit requires is both a low and high beam bulb.

Would it still work if I install 110 watts LED bulb?

When I purchased this light kit for my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser I didn't order the package with the bulb, instead I just ordered the H7 bulb myself off of Amazon and it worked fine, Amazon says it doesn't fit the FJ but it fits the new light kit.
