Q: will this fit a 2003 acoma 2.4L?

I am not sure because my Tacoma is 1996, and this fit it perfectly.

Q: Is the sound quiet or loud ?

It's basically the same as the stock muffler. It's as quiet as realistically possible.

Q: Will this fit a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2 wheel drive 5 lug with a 2.4 4 cylinder

I install it on a 96 Tacoma extended cab RWD 2.4. But I had to do some modifications to it. Might fit a single cab better.
